WEEKLY PRACTICE SCHEDULE
 

Remember the above ending times are approximate.  Depending on the distance and workout, we could end a bit before or after 5:00PM.  

 

Missing Practice: If you will be missing practice for whatever reason, let us (the coaches) know.  We'll want to know if it is due to an injury etc. and give you a

workout that you can do at home.  Try and make practice a priority as you will gain more as a runner training with your teammates!
